By day, major-donor strategy and fundraising for Democrats. By night, scrappy mildly-useful civic data tools and unprompted opinions. Washington, DC — by way of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
My name is Charlie — I work on major-donor strategy and fundraising for some of the most impactful organizations in Democratic politics. I'm a graduate of LSU's Manship School of Mass Communication, originally from Baton Rouge and now living in Washington, DC. Outside of work, I build small, useful tools — usually around civic data and public records — and write about what I learn along the way.
